visioflora.us does not sell VisiFlora, so we can't issue refunds. Refunds are handled by the vendor under the guarantee below, summarized from the official order page. The order page has the full, current terms.

The 60-day guarantee

Every VisiFlora package is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact the vendor's support team using the email address on your order confirmation or BuyGoods receipt, within 60 days of purchase, and follow their return instructions.

Timing

Screen comfort can usually be judged within the window, but glare and night-vision changes can take longer. Note your purchase date and make your decision by about day 50.

Marketplace purchases

The guarantee covers orders placed through the official order page. Bottles bought from third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart or eBay may not be covered.
